A mountain wedding is a logistics problem wearing a beautiful dress. Guests arrive across three days into three different airports. The venue is up a road half of them should not drive. The photographer needs the couple somewhere at golden hour, and golden hour does not move.
We handle the part that has to work.
Most Aspen and Snowmass weddings pull guests through Denver, Eagle County and Aspen airports over two or three days. We hold the manifest, track every inbound flight and move vehicles as flights slip — which they will. You should not be answering texts about a delayed connection on the day before your wedding.
Venue to reception, hotel to venue, and the loop back at the end of the night. Continuous rotation so nobody stands outside in the cold at 9,000 feet waiting for a vehicle, and a final run late enough that guests are not making decisions about driving.
A dedicated vehicle and driver for the day. Getting-ready location to ceremony, photo locations in between, and the exit. Your driver is not also running the guest loop.
Wedding weekends are three or four events, not one. We plan them as a weekend rather than quoting each leg separately.
Aspen and Snowmass weddings tend to land at mountaintop and remote venues — the top of Aspen Mountain, the Little Nell, private ranches down valley toward Woody Creek and Old Snowmass, and homes on roads that are genuinely steep. Several of these are reachable only in an all-wheel-drive vehicle in shoulder season, and guests in dress shoes and rental sedans find that out at the worst moment.
Everything we run is AWD on winter tires. Tell us the venue and we will tell you honestly what it takes to get forty people up there and back down.
AWD Mercedes Sprinters seating up to 15 with real luggage capacity, and a Jeep Grand Wagoneer for the couple or a smaller party. Clean, current, and warm — which matters more than people expect for a November evening at altitude. See our fleet.
Aspen and Snowmass wedding weekends concentrate into a short summer and a shorter autumn, and the vehicle supply in the valley is finite. Peak weekends book out months ahead, and the couples who call late are the ones splitting their guests across three operators. If you have a date, get on the calendar even before the details are settled.
Send guests the right advice early and you avoid most of the day-of problems. We are happy to write that paragraph for your website or invitations.
Send your date, venue, guest count and which airports people are flying into. We come back with a written weekend plan and a single quote. Get a quote or call 720-967-9956.
