FAQ’s

Our system initially sets a default pickup time for your shuttle. The night before your scheduled ride, our dispatch team finalizes your pickup time based on the most efficient route for all of our passengers. We take into account your location, destination, and flight details, including arrival and departure times, to ensure you are booked on the most convenient shuttle. We carefully plan your recommended shuttle time to help you make a smooth transition from your flight to our shuttle. Please note that the actual pickup time may vary by up to 45 minutes from the original estimate, depending on the locations of other passengers. Additionally, if a guest chooses a pickup time that is not recommended by one of our transportation specialists, they may increase the risk of missing flights or shuttle connections, and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays.

Yes, all of our drivers are fully licensed, insured, and trained to provide the highest level of service. License # LL-04406

Yes, we provide airport pickup and drop-off services

We can accommodate up to 155 passengers. 

Yes, we operate around the clock to meet your transportation needs at any time.

  • Cancellations made up to 72 hours before your service time will receive a 90% refund. This will be applied when rebooking your trip!
  • Our team works tirelessly to give accurate information at the time of booking. The Colorado Mountains can be very unpredictable so if there is inclement weather we will do our best to let you know 72 hours in advance. There could be charges up to $300. A full refund is permitted within time of being notified.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your service time will receive an Open Trip Credit with Wild Path Transport. Open Trip Credits are valid for a year and transferable to a friend or family member.

Yes, child safety seats are available upon request. We recommend informing us at the time of booking to ensure something is available.
