Aspen Event & Festival Transportation

Nobody compliments the transportation. They only mention it when it fails.

We move guests, VIPs, staff and crew for events across Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley — multi-day festivals, competitions, corporate programmes and private celebrations. We work with producers, destination management companies, travel managers and planners who are responsible when a shuttle does not show.

What we actually do for producers

Event transportation is a logistics problem, not a booking problem.

Staged arrivals across multiple airports and days. Venue-to-lodging loops that run on a schedule. Late-night returns after the last set. Credentialed and restricted-access venues. Multi-vehicle movements with one point of contact instead of six drivers. And invoices broken out by your project or department codes, so your finance team can reconcile them.

Group & event capability →

X Games Aspen

January 29–31, 2027 · Buttermilk Mountain

The single most important fact about moving people to X Games: there is no parking at Buttermilk. Free RFTA buses run from downtown Aspen, and the Brush Creek Park and Ride offers free parking with shuttle service — which works well for individuals and badly for a group on a schedule.

Daytime access is free until 4PM; evening competitions and concerts are ticketed. That split matters, because it means your group moves twice in one day, and the second movement happens in the dark, in January, with everyone leaving at once.

For groups we run private staged drop-offs and timed pickups rather than leaving people to queue. Book early — vehicle availability in that window goes first.

FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen

June 18–20, 2027

Summer, town centre, and a very different problem from a ski-season event. Guests move between tastings, seminars and private dinners across Aspen across three days, often in formal dress, often after drinking. Walking distances that look short on a map do not feel short at 9,000 feet in the evening.

This is where assigned vehicles and a known schedule beat hoping for a ride.

Aspen Gay Ski Week

January 17–24, 2027 · the Golden Jubilee, 50 years

The 2027 edition is the fiftieth, which means a bigger week than usual and accommodation that goes early. If you are moving a group, book the vehicles when you book the beds — not after.

Seven nights of parties, concerts, comedy and dinners, with daytime skiing across all four mountains — Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass — plus the Wheeler Opera House and venues throughout town.

It is one of the hardest weeks of the year to move people well: multiple venues, multiple mountains, late finishes and groups that do not stay together. We plan it as a week, not as a series of one-off rides.

Winterskol

December · Aspen town centre

Aspen’s winter carnival, centred in town, with parades, fireworks and events across a long weekend. Town-centre access gets restricted, and knowing which streets close and when is the difference between a five-minute pickup and a twenty-minute one.

The Snow League & Toyota U.S. Grand Prix

Competition season · Buttermilk and Aspen Snowmass venues

Competition events bring athletes, teams, crew and equipment, not just spectators. That means oversized gear, early call times and schedules that move with the weather. We have run this kind of work and we plan around the reschedules rather than pretending they will not happen.
