We move groups for the people who are responsible when it goes wrong.
WildPath Transportation is a Colorado PUC-permitted private ground transportation operator running an in-house fleet from Denver Metro through the Roaring Fork Valley. We work directly with destination management companies, travel management companies, event and festival producers, corporate travel managers and executive assistants.
Every movement is private, chauffeured and assigned. We do not run shared or scheduled shuttle service.
Large group coordination
Most operators can send a vehicle. Fewer can run a program.

That last point matters more than it sounds. Large organizations rarely fail to pay because the service was bad. They fail to pay because the invoice does not match how their finance team tracks money. We build invoices the way your accounting works.

Where a program exceeds our own fleet, we coordinate and manage vetted additional vehicles under a single point of contact — as we did at 23 vehicles in July 2026. You deal with one operator, not six.
Coverage
Denver Metro and the Roaring Fork Valley — Aspen, Snowmass Village, Basalt, Carbondale and Glenwood Springs.
Airports: Denver International (DEN), Aspen/Pitkin County (ASE), Eagle County (EGE), Grand Junction (GJT) and Garfield County/Rifle (RIL). FBO and private aviation pickups are handled as a distinct workflow, not an afterthought.
How we operate
One point of contact. Multi-vehicle movements run through a single person. You are not chasing individual drivers.
Flight tracking. Arrivals are monitored. A delayed connection does not become your problem at 11:00 PM.
Staging. Groups do not arrive together. We plan for a twenty-person group landing across three airports and nine hours, because that is what actually happens.
Venue constraints. Aspen venues have real limits on vehicle size and access. We plan around them in advance rather than discovering them on the day.
Weather and road closures. Independence Pass closes for the season and I-70 closes without warning. Routing is decided on the conditions of the day, not on a mileage estimate.
Billing a finance department will accept. Itemized, broken out by project or department code where needed, with the references your accounts payable team requires.
